Introducing WebLink

The WebLink is an Internet service that links Grafton with our principals and customers using Internet technology.

The WebLink enables our principals to make inquiries on sales and inventory information from their desktops or laptop computers using internet browsers. Other than inquiries, our principals could also download files and information stored on the WebLink.

For example, a sales representative who wants to make a quick check on past purchases made by customer before a sales call can use his or her laptop to dial into the Grafton WebLink to retrieve the information. After the sale is made, the sales representative can check when the order is processed by Grafton as well as the details of the order.

A sales manager working from home can make use of the WebLink to check on sales performance for the month or analyze sales performance for the current year. Information can be broken down by sales representative, by customer, by items or other permutations.

You're able to connect to the Grafton WebLink just as you would to an ISP (Internet Service Provider). Using a modem and Windows 95/98 Dial-Up Networking, dial in the number given to you by Grafton and key in your user name and password. Then use Internet Explorer 5.0 to access the pages and follow the hyperlinks.
