Introducing DTS

A service to track deliveries is available at Apex Pharmacy Marketing under the name Delivery Tracking Service (DTS), which is an extension of Grafton WebLink.

Current, DTS is only accessible by our principals and us. With DTS, the user keys in the invoice number to track. If the invoice has been delivered, the following information is displayed:

Date of delivery
Time of delivery
Delivery person
Recipient
Number of Attempts
Date of First Attempts
Remarks

With DTS, both Grafton and our principals can monitor the efficiency of deliveries and work to increase customer satisfaction.
